Update on doctor visits

Update on medical visits for my personal record:

1/3/12 - med check at Melmed. Upping dose of Intuniv to full pill (half in the morning, half in the afternoon). We'll take some data and see how it goes. 49.5 lbs (up 3 lbs), 48 ins (up 1 in).

Also on 1/3/12 - check in at the Ortho. Phase 1 treatment begins 1/26 (Braces or bracelets).

2/1/12 - med check at Neuro. Med increased because of weight gain. EEG coming end of April.
